I asked Mandy to tell me about some of the things she did to the above cake.

From Mandy - The bandana is fondant with an edible image ofa bandana glued
on with piping gel. The bottom border is choc fondant witha mixture of
choc and white fondant to give it the leather look. I mada mold of a
concho for the conchos and they are fondant w/tylose mixedin and glued on with royal icing.
