She made everything that went on this cake as well as doing the cake herself.
Kelsey's entry for the OK state show in Tulsa. She had to compete with her sisters Castle cake. Kelsey made over 350 blossoms for the three stems of hyacinths. This was a major accomplishment for her. She says making the dirt was the most fun. She won the second place ribbon at that show. Tough competition Kelsey - next year Brooke will be a teen and then you won't have to compete with her. Beautiful work Kelsey
Kelsey's Sleeping Bag cake 9 X 13 cake that was cut like the
$50 dollar bill.Nail polish, and small items were hand made by Kelsey from gumpaste and fondant icing.
Brooke's Cake Pictures Brooke's ICES project for 1999. Brooke put a lot of hours and some real creativity in doing this cake.
Her dragon bride and groom are hand molded from a mixture of fondant and gumpaste. Good job Brooke
