Hotel info for students coming to Lubbock. The airport is 20 minutes from the house or the hotels. Please book one of these hotels as they are the closest to the house.

New prices on classes effective 1/1/07

3 Ways - 4 Days class -*** Note this class has been expanded to four days.
Day one - a buttercream basic side designs cake and buttercream stencil on a 12" X 4" cake, fondant pearls, royal icing grapes and lace points.
Day two - the 10" X 4" cake with rolled fondant techniques of draping, string work, crimping, embroidry, brushed embroidry, and a dress bow.
Day three and four - gumpaste flowers, bow loops, dusting and finishing the flowers and and arranging the gumpaste flowers on top of the fondant cake.

$550 per student for the four days and a maximum of 8 students here in my home with all materials furnished and lunch provided daily. Students have the option of purchasing tools and supplies at the end of the class.

$400 - out of town classes with students purchasing and furnishing their own supplies for the class.

Prerequisite for the 3 way - 4day class - You must have finished the first two Wilton basic and intermediate classes or have at least one year of experience if you are a self taught decorator.

Scheduling of out of town classes will depend on availability of time on my calendar. Classes require some or all supplies furnished by the students. The list of supplies will be furnished upon scheduling of a class.

Lodging, transportation at class location and meals will be furnished by the host or person scheduling the out off town hosted class for the duration of the class.
