Gumpaste flowers were requested for this cake along with royal lace points which made this cake an outstanding design.   (Gumpaste is sugar clay used for making flowers, figures and etc.)

The flowers on the cake are gumpaste. Fresh flowers around the base of the cake were by a Pecos florist.	Embroidry & Lace #3 175 Servings $15.00 per serving as shown This beautiful cake is covered with rolled fondant icing and gum paste flowers. The side decorations were a free-hand embroidery pattern with royal icing small lace points. Larger royal icing lace points were made to hang from the bottom of each tier after the flowers were arranged on the cake. This cake was to be delivered to Pecos, TX which is about 200 miles southwest of Lubbock. We arrived with cakes, flowers, lace points, strawberries and chocolate ready to assemble the brides and the grooms cakes. 6 1/2 hrs. later we had everything assembled and we were ready for the drive back home. This type of set up really makes for a very long day.
