Chocolate Dessert Pizza

This chocolate pizza was made for a photographers meeting several years ago. They did the set up and gave this photo to me. Colored red, green and cream color chocolates were used for the crust, peppers and etc to make it as realistic as possible.

The Taco was made for a birthday using one round layer cut in half and layered with the middle down and round edge of the cake up. Taco meat is done by mixing chocolate icing and chocolate cake crumbs. Icing is used for the rest of the decorations. Hamburger with pickle and potato chips
The bun, pickle and gum paste chips are airbrushed. Hamburger patty is made from the mixture of chocolate icing and chocolate cake crumbs. Everything else is done in fondant or buttercream colored icings.

Another fun food cake. Lots of fondant cheese and meats along with buttercream lettuce, tomatoes and etc. Airbrushed buttercream icing to make the bun look as realistic as possible.
