Butavan is rich "Buttery/Vanilla Plus" emulsion that is a thick and very strong flavoring. It adds richness to all your cake, cookies, icing and pudding flavors. Use instead of vanilla in all your recipes. This flavoring does have a very long shelf life. It is now recommended that you keep this flavoring in a cool or refrigerated storage.

The local 50 Yard Line Restaurant is famous for their Blueberry muffins. The Butavan was a key ingredient in their recipe. They also decided to develop a flavoring to replace the Butavan when it was taken away from us. It is clear and has a wonderful buttery/vanilla aroma. I am also putting the recipe for their blueberry muffins on the back of each bottle.

Use all of these flavorings as you would regular flavorings. If the recipe calls for 1 tsp of vanilla just substitute one of these flavorings for a richer fuller flavor. If you don't know which one will suit your recipes you might try ordering all 3 of the small containers and give them a try and decide which one will work best for you and your customers. They are all similar and yet different. All of them are good.

Fresh Lemon Flavoring that smells like lemon pie and will add additional flavor and zest to your cakes, cookies, puddings, and icing. 

Add 1 teaspoon per lemon cake mix or 2 lbs of the cream cheese buttercream icing for a wonderful lemon icing. Click here for recipe.

Yumm! This natural orange flavor will give you another choice for your customers in all your sweet baking, salad dressings, etc. 

Add 1 teaspoon per orange or white cake mix and 2 cans drained chopped mandarin oranges. Add 1 teaspoon per 2 lbs of the cream cheese buttercream icing for orange icing to use with the orange cake or a filling in other cake flavors.

Only the powdered strawberries, dextrose and cornstarch make up this wonderful strawberry flavor. Great addition to the strawberry cake mixes (1 1/2 tsp per mix plus 1/2 C. chopped strawberries) as well as other baked sweets and home made ice cream (1 1/2 tsp per gallon plus fresh chopped strawberries).
