CONNECTION WITH THE USE, INABILITY TO USE,
OR PERFORMANCE OF THE INFORMATION,
SERVICES, PRODUCTS, AND MATERIALS
AVAILABLE FROM THIS SITE. THESE
LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY NOTWITHSTANDING TO

Cancellations
ONCE
AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED AND RECEIVED BY
EARLENE'S CAKES, IF IT IS CANCELLED FOR
ANY REASON PRIOR TO SHIPMENT THERE WILL BE NO CHARGES.

| Return
Policy
NO
RETURNS ARE ALLOWED ON ANY GUMPASTE OR
EDIBLE PRODUCTS.
Return of goods MUST BE NOTIFIED to
Earlene's Cakes, PRIOR TO DESPATCH AND
MUST BE SENT VIA US POSTAL DELIVERY
CONFIRMATION SERVICE OR UNITED PARCEL
SERVICE SO THAT THEY MAY BE TRACKED. No
responsibility will be accepted for goods
that cannot be tracked. If customer
decides that they do not require products
shipped, customer is responsible for cost
of return shipping. If customer requires
product exchange, customer is responsible
for additional shipping charges.
Returns will be accepted if items are in
the original, unopened and undamaged
packages. Damaged or loose
merchandise, merchandise not in the
original container or merchandise over 15
days old (from invoice date) may not be
returned. Unacceptable returns will be
returned to the customer at the customer's
expense.
Earlene's Cakes reserves the right to
refuse the return of any item.

CHARGES FOR FEES INCURRED FROM FREIGHT
CARRIERS FOR INCORRECT/INCOMPLETE SHIPPING
ADDRESS INFORMATION. PLEASE CHECK YOUR
